Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Business Administration program of AMA Computer College with specialization in either Human Resource Development Management, Marketing, Management Information System, Financial Management, Entrepreneurship of Health Institution Management is a 10-trimester program designed to provide a world-class bachelor’s education that is not only nationally accredited but also globally competitive and to produce graduates who will be professionally competent, morally upright, and socially responsible contributors to national development.

The curriculum is based on the standards set by the Commission on Higher Education (CMO#39 series of 2006) and is imbedded with PC Operation NCII TVET qualification under the ladderized education program.

Program Objectives

AMA’s BSBA program aims to produce globally competitive graduates who will be professionally competent, morally upright, and socially responsible contributors to national development.

Specifically, the program intends:

  1. To enable students to obtain a comprehensive knowledge of business administration and deep understanding of the field of information systems management.
  2. To enable students to acquire the theoretical and practical skills needed to be globally competitive information systems managers.
  3. To enable students to get a broad liberal education in the arts and letters, social sciences and philosophy, natural science and mathematics.
  4. To enable students to develop the cultural sensitivity, ethical responsibility, and social consciousness needed to become upright citizens of the Philippines and the world.
