Foreign students who wish to
apply for admission to AMA Computer University
should follow the procedure outlined for local
high school graduates. In addition, non-permanent
resident foreign students should present a Certificate
of Eligibility and Study Permit from the Department
of Education, Culture, and Sports while permanent
aliens should be able to present a Verified Alien
Certificate of Registration (ACR). Filipinos who
graduated from schools abroad should submit a
Certificate of Eligibility
The Application Form, AMACU
prospectus and Personal History Statement Forms
will be sent/issued upon receipt of the Application
Fee (US $50.00). (Only bank drafts payable to
AMA Computer University will be accepted.)
Accomplish the Application
Form and submit this together with the following:
- Six (6) copies of the Personal History Statement
(PHS) forms duly accomplished by the applicants.
- Two (2) certified true copies of the Transcript
of Records (If these records are written in
a language other than English, complete and
official English translations; must be submitted
together with a copy of the original records.
The transcript should indicate all subjects
taken and grades earned. The grading system
should be clearly stated on the transcript.)
- A notarized Affidavit of Support
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the
Principal or School Head of the institution
last attended.
- If available, a copy of the official TOEFL
form
