- Entrance Examination Result
- Personal Interview with the Dean
B. Resident and Non-Resident
Foreign Students
- Original Transcript of Records
with degree indicated therein*
- Certification of Employment, if
working
- Character references
a. from student’s previous
school
b. authorized personnel of
student’s Embassy
- TOEFL results (or equivalent English
Test)
- AMACU Entrance Examination result
- Study permit/ACR
- I.D. pictures, two copies each
of 2 x 2 and 1 x 1
- Personal Interview with the Dean
- Birth Certificate* and Passport
- Affidavit of support if the student
is not financially capable of supporting his/her studies
*To be authenticated at the embassy
of the Philippines in the country of the applicant
