GRADUATION WITH HONORS

A student in the graduate school level is eligible for graduating with honors. Graduation with honors is strictly by application. To avail of this privilege, a graduate student must possess the following:

1. Good moral standing;
2. Have completed in AMA Computer University one hundred per cent (100%) of the total number of academic units required for graduation;
3. Have completed the masteral degree within the required period;.
4. Have a minimum load of nine units for the duration of the course except for the remaining units to be taken prior to enrollment in Thesis Writing.
5. Have no grade lower than 1.50 in all subjects enrolled;
6. Have a minimum weighted average of 90% in the Comprehensive Examinations;
7. Have a weighted average of at least 1.25 in all subjects enrolled; and
8. A minimum oral defense rating of 95%.
9. The honors awarded to a student who obtained the above requirements is “With Highest Honors” (Gold Medal).
