The Office for Student Affairs is tasked to provide support to students and actively promotes student involvement in the co-curricular activities and various student organizations, which caters to all kinds of interests. From sports to academic organizations, these groups will help students enhance their interpersonal skills and actualize their potentials.

Some of the student organizations are the following:

AMACU Varsity Teams - AMA Computer University has several varsity teams, which are sent to different inter-collegiate competitions.

Dataline Staff - The official school organ constantly recruits students to joints staff. This quarterly publication is composed of the best young writers of the college.

Association of Information Management Students - Aims to consolidate and enrich the activities IT students outside the classroom setting.

AMA Networking Society - A society of Engineering students that provides opportunity for growth in coordinating with networking institutions.

AMA Microsystems - Another organization for Engineering students who have the common aspiration of excelling in computer studies.

Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - It aims to organize and consolidate the extra-curricular activities of the College and Business Administration.

Mass Communication Society - It aims to organize and consolidate all the extra-curricular activities of the College of Mass Communications.

Psychological Society - It helps faster camaraderie and academic excellence among its members from the department of Psychology.

Sining Laya - An organization for students who share the common aspiration of promoting the Filipino culture and nationalism in AMA Computer University campuses.

Alibata - An organization for students who have talents and inclinations for creative writing.

AMA Dance Troupe - An organization that responds to the needs of those students with kinesthetic gifts and talents.

AMA Judo Club - An organization for students who share common interests in developing and sharing their knowledge and skills in self-defense.

Christian Brotherhood Interact - An organization that responds to the student's needs for spiritual and moral growth.

Student Catholic Action - A fitting organization for students who want to experience and share Christ's message to their peers.
