HIGH SCHOOL VALEDICTORIANS
AND SALUTATORIANS
This scholarship grant shall
cover waiver in tuition fees. Valedictorians shall
be given 100% while Salutatorians shall be given
50% waiver in tuition fees. Grantee shall be a
student who has successfully completed secondary
education in any DECS recognized private or public
secondary school with a graduating class of at
least 200 members.
Requirements:
Accomplished application form
Certification from the High School Principals
that the applicant is:
A valedictorian or salutatorian of a HS Graduating
Class
Good Moral Standing
Passed the AMACC Entrance Examination
Enrolling within the fist year of the academic
program which he/she has selected
Duration and Renewal:
The grant shall be for one (1) trimester and subject
to renewal each succeeding term upon the fulfillment
of the following requirements.
The grantee must have
enrolled all required academic and non-academic
subjects during the previous and subsequent terms.
A cumulative general weighted average (CGWA) of
1.5 or better to avail of 100% waiver in tuition
fees.
No grade lower than 2.5 in any academic or non-academic
subject.
Good Moral standing during the grant
Submission of certificate of grades from the University’s
Registrar to the Office of the Dean of Student
Affairs.
